Product: Toshiba Satelite 1800/180

I got Microsoft Office which I instal;led on my wife's comp. I tried to do the same thing on my comp, but the window comes uop where I see my Username(which is comp name) and it is teling me that the product key is incorect. Any suggestions?

it makes no difference as to what user name is in that box, you most likely have an invalid key

You typed the key in incorrectly!

Once I thought I was wrong, now I'm not so sure!

That seems pretty obvious. Make sure the key is correct. Did you buy two licenses?
