Specs: Windows XP
I know this is vague, but I got 2 computers and one didn't load up, 2000NT errors, and the other XP worked but with a lot of pop up errors on start up (i dont have the internet hooked up at home) anyways, i put the ram and CD-rom into the XP computer and it worked. So I was going to format the 2000NT hard drive and add it to the XP. Now it doesn't start up at all. gets to the system didn't start right last time how to you want to continue... safemode, etc.
select anything and the bar goes across the screen and then nothing...
So I got an XP CD and put that in and get stopped at the ftdisk.sys corruption..
no idea what else to do now...

Recopy the XP CD

Sounds like it is having trouble reading the file you quoted from
the disc (disc probably scratched)
