installing east asian lagnuage pack

I have the operating systems Cd in the computer, but when i try to install the east asian pack, it tells me many files are missing ( first is msmincho, but if i tell it to ignore that it just keeps telling me more and more files are missing. )
my OS cd doesnt seem to have the corrent files, can i download the language pack somewhere on the net or do i need to do something else with my OS cd?

hell, im exploring the cd, and there isnt even a lang folder in the I386 folder where the language files are supposed to be...

it seems after investigating, i need office xp to download the korean/asian language pack from microsoft, if i have home edition, am i basicly f'ed unless i get office?
