Alright i reformatted and reinstalled Windows XP.. But 6 devices didn't have installed drivers.. (this has happened to me before) Internet didn't work, Audio didn't work.. Pretty much nothing. I popped in the dell CD that installs the drivers and went through all of them.. It installed the Broadcom Integrated Controller (Network adapter) Then my internet was working. Then the audio driver, blah blah ect.
But theres still 2 devices that don't have installed drivers.. One is labeled "PCI Modem" (PCI slot 2) and Video Controller (VGA Compatible).
And it's bugging me because, my screen resolution is stuck on 640x480 with 16 colors and it won't let me change it. I think this is because of the video controller not being installed?
I remember last time i reformatted i had this problem but i forgot how i solved it.
I think i went to a website and installed the driver from there?

Okay, the dell cd prob wont have those drivers.

What kind of modem and video card do u have??

If you know, just go to there site and download the drivers from there.
