What email client are you using? Go into Internet Explorer, Tools, Internet Options, Programs, and under the email option, click on the drop-down arrow and select the email client you use.

I am using Hotmail. I already tried the method suggested. But the email is blank and I cannot enter "hotmail" there. How to enter default mail in email? Thanks for the reply. Ganesan

Hotmail didn't show up in my IE until I installed MSN Messenger. You may want to consider that.
