hi!.. i bought a pcgame this week it has two cd's but it kinda have lots of scratches in it so i copied it to my hardisk just encase... installed it using the cd's but i encounter some problems during the game it might have conflicts w/ some video or sound drivers or maybe had an error during installation.. uninstalled it and i tried to install it from hardisk the one i copied named disk 1 and disk 2 folders but it searches for the second cd whenever i try it... jst wondering if theres any tweak i have to do first or it is not possible to install it from hardisk? pls help.. thanks

you could try some cd mounting software like alcohol 120 that would work. Or try burning the copies to a new disc

If you just bought it with lots of scratches then take it back for a replacement.

"Scratches" is that a code word for "my friend bought it and I would like a copy too"?
