Installing a graphics card into Del

Hello, I've just bought a new Dell desktop. I only managed to unscrew one of the Phillips screws at the back. The others are screwed in so tightly I can't get them out??
Also when I do unscrew them the expensive 256MB ATI Radeon HD2400 XT I bought seems pretty different to the existing holes in the back of my Optiplex 755???
Any advice in how to get the screws out and then add the graphics card much appreciated,
Dell Optiplex 755 is a form factor for many different configuration. Which is yours from the above technical specification? Do you realize you are already voiding the standard 1-year manufacturer's warranty just by trying to replace the video card?

Thanks...i've got the Ultra Small Form Factor (USFF)....and no I didn't realize I was voiding the guarantee...but I didn't want the wide view monitors in the package so i had to buy one without a graphics card...will this one work with my video card?

Expensive?? The 64-bit version sells for about $40. Newegg has one right now for just $25 after rebate.
Hopefully you got the 128-bit version with GDDR3 memory? Also, you should have checked whether you need a low profile card with a low profile mounting bracket. For example:
