Ok, I've encountered this problem three times now. I'll just list what the problem is, and what i've done to recreate and disable the problem: 1. I install Roxio 7.5 (Everything ok) 2. Windows Installer pops up, and cannot be stopped by anything other than the task manager (just keeps popping up) when I do the following tasks: Either use Roxio or when I Drag a file into a folder...Cutting and pasting is fine...just not dragging a file. 3. Problem exists even when roxio is uninstalled...only a reformat corrects it. 4. No spyware or virus program detects anything...Spybot, Ad-Aware, AVG, NOrton 5. During the "episode", the following processes appear in the task manager: msiexe. IDriver (2 of them). These processes need to be halted to stop the "episode". 6. When disabling Windows Installer, and IDriveT from the services.msc menu, Roxio works fine except You see a very quick flash of the Windows INstaller box on the screen before it disappears. Then Roxio Works. 7. The windows installer box that pops up during the problem does refer to setting up Roxio. 8. This only happens with ROXIO 7.5 ANY IDeas on what the heck this is?

Just a Software Design Flaw.
