Need Philips 7130 Tv Tuner Card Driver, Installed Wdm But No

I have mercury TV tuner
I have installed the TV tuner wdm driver through xp but tv panel is not displayed?

as window xp has installed driver for mercury tuner card but no icon have displayed to run tv tuner and when i start window xp no message display regarding the tv tuner error?

    1. You need the driver AND the app.
