installation problem nvidia 6200 turbo cash

Specs: Windows XP SP3, intel celeron 1037U/2Gb DDR3

Recently i have changed my os from win 2k3 server to windows xp sp3. I also changed my mb and processor. I was using nvidia 6200 turbocash 128Mb pci card before with no problem. But now with this new setup, when i try to install driver for nvidia my pc restarts on the midway. i tried several times but the results are same. My new mb is biostar NM70I, and processor celeron 1037u 1.8 GHz. Please help me out.

Did you install XP before or after changing the motherboard?

If before, you need to install XP again so Windows Setup can configure itself properly for the new board.

That should have worked if the disk had XP drivers but since it didn't you might try the download. When doing the install you may need to uninstall any previous attempts that show in add/remove programs and shut off any programs running the background.
