I have 1 P4 dual core system with 512 RAM . My question is that while installing windows XP i did the incomplete installation of XP on my c: drive ; and later on i did complete installation on d: drive . ie . My O.S. installation is on d: drive . but whenver i starts the P.C. it shows me two O.S. options . I want to remove c: drive installation from my PC but whenver i click on format to C: drie it does not allow me . plz help me further to format c: drive .

I'd just start over. Format both partitions and install on C:\.
