Installation and msiexec.exe

I'm trying to install a game but I think the problem is that i don't have the msiexec.exe because I accidentely deleted it. does anyone have the file so i can download it and can someone tell me what folder im supposed to put it in?

alright. so i was missing a msiexec.exe in my system32 folder and i added my friends msiexec.exe in the system32 folder but now when the .msi file extracts it goes to this: http://img148.imageshack.us/img148/... freezes for a little then shows this: http://img521.imageshack.us/img521/...
