My OS is Windows Vista. After installing Wise Password Recover™, the C: drive get inaccessible, it gives me "Access Denied". Later I try to install this software on my XP os, but find no such problem.

Why???? is it a security problem of Vista?

I'm not familiar with this software, but are you sure it's compatible with Vista?

Also, you posted in the XP Forum, and stated your OS as XP. For future reference, if your OS is indeed Vista, you should post in the Vista Forum.

Thanks for your quick reply. Wise Password Recover™ is a password recovery tool that I use it to help my customers find out their lost or forgotten passwords. It is compatible for Vista as well, I want to find a method to solve this problem, otherwise I will feel a great loss for me!
