I have a sony vaio lap top ( VGN SR490 DCB) the win vista( business 64 bite ) has installed on my lap top as original but i want to install win xp on my lap top without uninstall win vista i want to know how i can di this . i know i should have the file VistaBootPRO but I don't know how can i find & down load this file? and IS THIS FILE THE SAME FOR ANY TYPE OF NOTE BOOK? 291359, two active different OSs don't play well together on the same partition. What you describe can be done with separate partitions, but I'm not sure you can make a new one without getting rid of the old OS? HTH. Ed in Texas.
