May help better if you explain your problem.
My XP has no such file.
According to this web page
http://www.processlibrary.com/direc...
that file is related to Windows 95.
----------------
Do you check for, and remove, Spyware ??
Spyware includes ----
Adware, Dialers, Browser Hijackers, Trojans, Cookies,
Key Loggers, Trackware, and other Malware while browsing the internet. Most Virus and Spyware scans are likely to work better in Windows Safe-Mode.

Run32.dll is a part of windows. There is no installing it.
Other malware such as spyware and viruses can create files that look like system files.
Be more specific on your issue please.

Manoel, what is actually wrong with your PC? Why are you tring to replace that file?
Some HELP in posting on Cnet plus free progs and instructions Glad to Help!

Thanks everybody for replying me. Every time I try to run any program, for exemple to ad or remove a program, a dialog box appears over an Adobe window saying that the such "Run32.dll" was renamed or removed and the program doesn't open up. Perhaps it could be make by any spyware or by any kind of stuff or even a virus whose anti-virus doens't run for the same reason. Tks.(sorry for my bad English!)
Manoel

If you have an XP install CD, try start/run and type or copy and paste in:
sfc /scannow
and that will replace any corrupted system files.
If that doesn't help you may want to do a repair install:
