Comment:

I'm using english version of win xp but I need to type german and chinese sometimes. currently i have 3 input languages installed which are English(US), German and Chinese(PRC). There are 3 input methods under chinese prc - chinese simplified, cantonese(which is installed from downloaded software) and google pinyin. I might have accidentally installed google pinyin and i've removed it from add/remove programs. However, sometimes when i switched input keyboard, it prompted that it wasn't uninstalled properly. and it is still listed under chinese prc. everytime i remove it from the list, it will appear again on the next restart. Is there any way i can completely get rid of it?

You could try a System Restore to a date before you added it. I would think that should get rid of it. Of course, it will also get rid of any other installs that you did after that date.
