Initialize a slave without losing data

August 28, 2010 at 15:52:40
Specs: Windows XP
I have a seagate 250g which I used as a backup. It has data on it. It became damaged, not sure how, but I used sea tools & it passed the test after repair. Now It shows in disk management but says not initialized. I have a ton of data on this drive. Will the data be erased if I initialize it? If so how do i get the data off this drive. I haven't done anything to it since it quit working except use Seatools on it.

Are you really sure the seagate 250g drive is still jumpered as slave?
