After disconnecting from the internet, an hourglass appeared alongside the cursor. I logged off to restart and a message window popped up saying "The application failed to initialize because the windows station is shutting down". Then another window popped up that said: WToolsA.exe-DLL Initialization failed. I restarted my computer and after I logged onto my desktop the hourglass was still there. I've restored the computer twice to earlier dates to get rid of it and that works until I connect to the internet. What can I do to fix this?
