I am unable to establish a link with my nokia 7650 mobile phone and my computer.I do have software which has been installed and my infraredis switched on ,on my phone .I get unable to establish communication.Please help to resolve.

This is probably obvious, but do you actually have an I/R sensor plugged into your motherboard? Just because it shows up in your system settings doesn't mean that you have the right hardware installed, you may just have an onboard controller?
