=============================================As you know the computer reboots after freezing my program (Usually America's Army and Madden 03).
I have updated my drivers and my BIOS
I have checked that it is seated properly
I have checked the memory
I have checked the fansMy power supply is a POWMax 450w
-Is my power supply too small?
-Could it be faulty?
-Could it be my AGP frequency setting?
Any advice is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Try unistalling your current video driver and loading an older version. I have a MSI GeForce 5600FX and have had issues some of the 6.xxx series drivers. Which version came with the card? Try incremental version upgrades instead of big jumps. Always review requirements and changes to drivers. BTW, I am using NVidia reference drivers off thier site, not MSI's. But then I don't use some of the options on the card.

happened to me all the time too. Try going back down to driver 45.23. it worked for me! http://www.nvidia.com/object/winxp-2k_archive.html
Email me for info on how to get a free ipod. No BS! totally legit
