hi guys, i'm not really having a problem. what i want to know is how can i increase my BANDWIDTH or better yet, my DOWNLOAD TRANSFER RATE? is there a way i can do it? i have a 64kbps connection which is always on and the highest download transfer rate i'm getting is 5kbps on average. any suggestions on how to increase download transfer rate? thanks.
