Hi I'm part of a network that uses password protected folders to store files on, however due to leakage of our passwords the admins have decided to change the user and password needed to logon to the folder, however I clicked for windows to save password and not pop-up again, so i can't change the password at all. I use Run to access the folder, can anyone suggest a way i can either get the password prompt to pop up or change the user/password?

Well have you tried to do a jumper on the CMOS battery that might help. Or try doing the safe mode procedures

Ignore the above post if this is a work computer. Your best option is to speak to the administrator that implemented the change.

Please think about what you post before you do. I reviewed you responses and most don't make much sense.

In this case your advice could get the original poster into trouble if they were to follow your advise.
