inc. FSB 100 to 133 causes 0x08E

CPU/Ram: 256 DDR

When i increase my AMD 2000+ FSB from 100 to 133, it gives me the 0x0000008E stop error, anybody has an idea of how to fix this, or which parts should i replace ?
