Jeremy M. Smith, SWAG, seems to me that you may need to reinstall IE??? OE's part of it and all your default folders should be recreated once the program is there. As for your old mail files, do a search for files with ".dbx" endings and copy/paste to the appropriate folders. If you're using something other than OE for mail, the process should be similar. HTH. outlook inbox files are .ost's. either search but from I recall they are in c:\docs & settings\user\application data\microsoft\outlook one is a settings file and the ost is your inbox/ sent items etc. copy this to same location on new pc with outlook closed, when you open it you should find it worked! let me know if not; I've had to do this a few times. Keep it real
