Comment:

I have a pc which configured with P4 and 512M memory running Win XP Home. Several user accounts configured. The problem is if I logon with one of the accound, the display will change to 640x480 mode (maybe safe mode)after starting Outlook or Winword. But no problem at all if logon with other user accounts.

Any tips? Thanks in advance.
