I HAVE EXPORTED MY COMCAST ADDRESS BOOK TO MY DESK TOP AND FOUND THE STEPS TO IMPORT IT INTO OUTLOOK EXPRESS VERY CONFUSING

PLEASE GIVE ME STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS TO ACCOMPLISH THE IMPORT
