Import Incredimail to Outlook 2002

I have just completed my yearly full computer format, I am now trying to import my incredimail cab file into Outlook 2002.

Can anyone help me do this. I have searched everywhere and have had no luck...Please help

If you are trying to import the contact export the incredimail file as a csv file, save it, and import it to outlook.

the cab file is mainly old e-mails but I need access to these.

Do I just have to continue with Incredimail?

Please tell me there is a way to get these e-mails into Outlook.
