ok, i need to image my friends laptop,
can someone run down the steps of doing it like making the ghost image and everything, i dont think norton ghost is an option,

even the best guide will fail, if you're trying to create the 'ghost image and everything' when norton ghost is not an option :)

I think the OP is using the word Ghost in the generic sense. I good for a chuckle though.

by ruling out Ghost per se the OP is depriving him/herself of the best solution there is :)
