It's not possible to enlarge images without loss of quality.

Up to a point you can use the Windows Paint Program - Image - Stretch\Skew - Stretch Horizontal and Vertical by the same %

You will lose quality the more you enlarge it but a little enlargement, say up to 25% is usually not too bad - try it and see

Don't forget to give your enlargement a different Name - or number it - so as not to lose the original
