I have an avi file that contains AC3 sound (I found out using GSpot). It plays fine on my PC. I wrote it to DVD using WinDVD Creator and selected the Dlaby Digital Audio output option. However, the DVD will run but there is not sound.

ok taking a bit of a stab in the dark here..but i think youll find its to do with selecting the corect recordording control in your recording control panel.. I had a similar problem..wen i was making a vcd...the sound kept getting screwed up everytime i made a disc but it sounded all right on the pc..once i selected the correct controll, i think it was line in or somethink, it was ok..but next time it would revert bak to some other default..so each time i had to select again before i burnt a disk.. Good Luck ..im sorry if this doesent help.. Oz
