That file is suppose to be in C:\WINDOWS\system32

I have looked in that folder, and could not find it.
I look on the web, and found it to be related to IE Help.

I am not sure, but I opened IE then clicked HELP that is up in the Menu Bar. Then I clicked "Index and Contents"

Then I looked in the above folder again, and found the file.
I am wondering maybe Windows installed the file when using IE Help. ???? I do not use IE.

Also to say, there is this file hhctrl.oc_ in this folder --
C:\WINDOWS\I386.

I think such files have to be EXPANDED.
On the General tab, in MSCONFIG, there is an "Expand file..." button.

I have never expanded a file, so the rest is yours.
