IIS Install Problem

I can't seem to get IIS to install. I had it installed, but recentlly formatted my computer...and now it won't install again. I get 2 errors
1st error is: the file "infocomm.dll" on Windows XP Professional Service Pack is needed.
2nd error Setup could not copy one or more files. THe specific error code is 0x57. Press Ok to continue or cancel to stop the setup and try again. If you continue the components may not funtion properly.
