I have a Motorola Voicesurfer Modem 56k External and on it, it has a Mic and SPK port. Is there any way (assuming it is a program), to output my sound from my computer into the MIC port I assume and have it play my music while I have someone on hold in my household?

There are programs out there that can send music to your phone, but you need a Music on Hold Modulator to be able to differiante the time when your phone is on hold or online.
Without the modulator you would hear music on the phone all the time.
