IE8, MSN & scrolling

Specs: Windows XP, 2.2GHZ 512MB

I go onto the MSN website and click on a newslink, then as the page load i scroll down. The first inch or two of the page duplicates in all the way down the page. I have also had this when viewing pages on a blog. Once this problem occurs I can still operate all my other programs and even google pictures in another tab without any issues. If I wait for the MSN page to completely load and then scroll down I have no problems. Also this was experienced in the past but it went away and now... months later has come back. I cannot identify any differences between then and now.

I am running Windows XP, IE8 and have 512 meg of ram. I also have another xp machine which is running 512 meg of ram without this problem. I am running a dual display, one off a graphics card and the other off the onboard graphics.

Any help is greatly appreciated!

Many thanks in advance!

Does it do it on both monitors? Your memory is minimal. Backing off on hardware acceleration might help. Processor speed?
