My question is how do I keep a window from coming up when I start IE. Here is what the window says:

A program on your computer has corrupted your default search provider setting for IE. IE has reset this setting to your original search provider, Bing. IE will now open search setting, where you can change this setting or install more search providers.

This happens everytime I start IE. Thanks for the help Wayne

WR, SWAG, sounds to me like you simply need to reset your default search provider. Bing is M$'s version.
