IE8 Browsing issue

Specs: Windows Xp Home SP3, 512 MB
Hi All,
A workstation is in a domain with some group policy defined. I have IE8 on my PC installed. The problem is that I am not able to browse some websites which were working one day before. Please note their were no changes made in GP or firewall. The same websites work on a different wrokstation at the same time which are in same domain.

I restarted the workstation several times and also deleted cookies from the browser, but no go.

Please help me in resolving this issue.

Try ipconfig /flushdns at the command line prompt.

Try IE Reset from here:
Actually I run it once a week myself

You can also run CCleaner to get rid of more stuff than cookies, it even has a DNS Cache cleaner now, so no need for the above:

Also consider purchasing more Ram, 512Meg is pretty low
