There is an option to have new tabs open to the home page. Does it work for anyone out there?

Tools > Internet Options

in the 'general' tab go to Tabs 'settings'

in 'tabbed browsing settings' check the box that says 'open home page for new tabs instead of a blank page'

well ... i can't make it any clearer, but if you want to SEE how it's done, have a look at sandi hardmeyer's IE web site and scroll down to the very bottom of this page.

I see your problem. It seems to make no difference whether that box is ticked or not. All I have been able to accomplish is to add additional URL's for additional tabs to open to various home pages on startup.

I am thinking that option is probably dependant on some other option to work. Problem is we have not found it yet.
