Hi, I have a user who's font is too small when she prints from https://www.streetscape.com/. She says she doesn't have any problem printing from other programs or websites, just this one. I've tried readding the print driver off the server and via TCP/IP with the PS driver, but that didn't work. Is there an option within IE7 that would affect this? It was working with IE6, but we had to update her.

Any help is appreciated, thanks.

Why would you think the issue is with IE7 when that is the only site with problems. I would look at the site. You go there on a different machine and see if you can duplicate the printing problem.

She didn't have an issue with IE6 and her printers/drivers are the same.

That seems kinda hard to believe. Only one web site doing it and only on IE7.
Have you checked it out yourself, to see if there isn't some kind of communication problem?

I just had her use File>Print Preview and zoom in instead of using fit to page.
