CPU/Ram: core 2 2.13gb 1gb 553ddr2

Hello,
I used to have more desk top with IE6.
In IE7 can I move the Address/Search bar to be on the same line as the icons? print, tools ect.
I have turned off TABS and removed Menu Bar.
Phising check has been left ON

Nope not in IE7.
