recently my internet explorer stoped opening new windows it will just replace the window i had open even if i hold shift id does the same thing so it wont allow me to have mutipule windows open how do i fix this?!!!!

Try going to Tools Menu, Internet Options, and uncheck Reuse Windows for Launching Shortcuts if it is checked.
