I cannot access secure web sites with IE6 and I determined the problem is 0-bit cipher strength. I tried to download and install a new copy of ie 6 and also the 128 bit upgrade but it won't install. Instead I get this message: The procedure entry point setupapi.CM_Disable_DevNode could not be located in the dynamic link library CFGMGR32.dll. I have searched my computer for this file and cannot find it. Now what?

I have the same problem. It worked for a while and then seemed to change on it's own. Have you found a solution, yet?

On it's own, my new HP running XP changed the cipher strength in Internet Explorer from 128-bit to 0-bit. I called the folks at both HP and Microsoft and neither knew what to do. Any ideas?
