Using IE6 6.0.2600.000
IE History toolbar is usually empty, and is, for sure; empty when a new IE session is started. The “Empty Temporary Internet Folder when browser is closed” in “Advanced” options is unchecked.
The same is not happening when using IE6 with WIN98 installation.
Of course, offline browsing is impossible.
Is there anyone that knows the reason why or the fix process?
