Hey
First a Disclaimer : No confirmed solutions for Microsoft products.
Kidding.
We need to first identify which Parasite(my terminology for the script.)
How do we do that?
Go to www.doxdesk.com
It will flash and tell you what kind of parasite is there and how to remove it.

If you give me the label of the Pop-Up window you get I might help better.
