IE toolbars

i recently reinstalled windows, after the process was done all of my IE toolbars were gone and they are not there for me to select when i go up to view and hit "toolbars." I know that they are definetly installed because i already reinstalled them. any suggestions?

cardie5884, Go to the link below and under the letter "T" scroll down to "Toolbar - Missing" where you'll find a Toolbar Repair Utility which you can download.
