This may not be a bad problem, but it's been getting on my nerves lately, call me crazy. Say I open IE to my homepage, simple plain HTML small site (or any other). Sometimes (not all the time) if I go to rt click in a plain blank area, the menu box will take about 1/4 second to open it up, but it sort of materializes and doesn't come up all totally at the same time. Other times, it will come up normal, no materialization. No adware, viruses, I've defragged, whole nine yards, and sometimes IE is the only app running when this happens (and I've checked task manager for memory eating processes) Any idea why this happening or if this happens to anyone else?

Just another thing...this sometimes also happens when I rt click files, and is sometimes accompanied by a quick flash of the hourglass. I've also always gotten an hourglass when I rt click the desktop, however it doesn't seem to effect the speed in which the menu comes up. Thanks.
