I have tryed changing security setting in IE. Tryed turning off firewall, antivirus, etc. I am all out of ideas on what to try next. Help!

Tryed this and when entering "regsvr32 Mshtml.dll" I get this message
"Mshtml.dll was found, but the DLL Register Server entry point was not found. This file can not be registered."
All the rest were successful. Any ideas?

Wow that's strange. Some questions:

When did this start happening? Did you install any programs before this started?

When you see this blank page, is the name of the website you tried to go to displayed in the address bar, or does it say "about:blank" there instead?

Never mind your error when trying to register mshtml.dll for now.

I just used my last resort to fix the problem. I just could not figure out what was causing this. I tryed doing a restore install of IE and that did not work. So I just did a system restore. Thanks Rayburn for your help!

Well next time you get this problem, try reregistering java script dll. Go to start menu, click on run, typw cmd, and type the following: regsvr32 jscript.dll I hope this helps since it did for me. I got the exact same problem. I surfed around the web and found clues that has to do with java. That is when i decided to reregister the dll which worked beautifully for me.
