The suggestion is use Firefox, best web browser available today. It's very secure for high security sites and it doesn't attract Spyware like IE does. Everyone is using it, it's the best out there.

What is the error message you are getting? This may be your security settings in IE. try this. Open IE-> go to Tools->Internet options->Security tab and try changing security settings

I have the same problem, but only when my router is hooked up. If I connect straight through my cable modem it works fine. I need help too.

Have you downloaded the latest patches from Microsoft? Is your PC set at the Automatic Updates from MS? If not, please do so. Still if you are not satisfied, try www.firefox.com (also GetFirefox.com)
I sometimes use it and its really a great browsing program. You can read the following review on it.
