Why does my IE Home page keep changing to www.google.com every time I start my IE? I've been trying eliminating any possible malware/trojan with Spybot and Ad-aware but nothing helps! Thank you for any help!
zalwa, If you have Spybot S&D installed open it, click on Tools, click on IE Tweaks and make sure that "Lock IE Start page setting etc." is unchecked. After you do that you could change your Homepage then lock it again with Spybot S&D.
Thank you for your try but unfortunately, it didn't work!. I've been changing IE start page to 'Blank' under IE Tools, Internet options, Homepage BUT the intruding page (www.google.com) is coming back again and again!
zalwa, Go to the link below and scroll down to line 63 (left column) and click on "Home Page Unlock" to download a reg file. Save the REG File to your hard disk. Double click it and answer yes to the import prompt.
