hi im tring to fix my bros computer. everytime i go into internet explorer instead of going to the home page it goes to some seach crap. it has this in the address bar "res://C:\WINDOWS\System32\shdoclc.dll/navcancl.htm" but when i try to delete the shdoclc.dll it says i dont have acces! but im using a admin account. i tried spybot S&D and ad-awear but they dont cach it! help!
