not to sure when this happened but now when I try to go into tool> options> I get a restrictions error message and to contact the admin which I am apart of in the first place. Can anyone help, not to sure whats going on here??

you have to logon to admin account and change the user settings for your account,to admin level.

I did and still the same problem?? don't know whats going on. the only thing I can think about is to delete and recreate my profile.

Do you have Spybot Search and Destroy? If so, go to the Immunize page,and at the bottom, uncheck the box that says "Lock IE Control Panel against opening from within IE (current user)". Hope this helps. Lisa
